Web NP is the online home for the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health and is the primary landing site for a collection of six online publications published by NP Communications including: The American Journal for Nurse Practitioners, The Pearson Report, and Nurse Practitioners World News to name a few. Today, publishers are moving away from print media to digital online media and NP Communications is no exception. Working along side Humanize Inc., bGlobal was responsible for the complete programming of each of the six online sites which includes a robust and intuitive Content Management System for easy updates to the sites. In this case, we chose Expression Engine's multiple site manager. Key functionality includes: online registration and subscription payment collection, access to unique content for registered members and an easy to use content management system to keep the site and it's content fresh.
