bGlobal working alongside NBCUniversal’s consumer marketing group was charged with the creation of a web application for the hit TV show The Biggest Loser. bGlobal’s challenge was to create, program and implement a compelling site which is viewed by millions of fans each week. bGlobal was engaged from the first show and we continue to enhance and create new functionality three years later - the show is currently in its 12 season.

The web presence of the Biggest Loser.com has been an evolving collaboration between NBCUniversal and bGlobal. The purpose of the site is to showcase various products and healthy lifestyle content and to build brand awareness. The latest iteration includes a secure extranet login area to control user access to documentation and information, a complete customized content management system with localization and SEO control, API integration with back office systems at NBCUniversal, Geo targeted AdServe content and Analytic integration with Adobe’s Omniture and Google Analytics.

The site receives tens of thousands of visits daily and we are actively working on a refresh of the site for the Fall Season. Stay tuned!
