Description

You will be responsible for coordinating all sorts of internal and external requests from clients, management and employees. The responsibility includes using our customized internal project management system to maintain traffic from leads, clients, project managers and employees into a systematic ticketing system by assigning tickets to the concerned and updating each ticket when required.

You will be responsible for smoothly handling any incoming leads for projects, RFP, RFQ, existing project tasks, past project statuses, daily operations and etc by using our internal project management system. This responsibility also includes understanding the requests coming in and ticket assignment accordingly. You will be directly issuing new tickets with tasks from clients to the production team and closing tickets upon completion of tasks.

You will be responsible to gather experience by working into the system and developing knowledge of which tasks to be assigned to which developer depending upon availability and experience. You will need to work closely with the management, programmers and designers during integration phase depending upon specific tasks. You will communicate proactively with account management and inform/inquire about project information and also work closely with Project Managers to assign and coordinate the traffic in terms of production.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English a MUST.
  • Graduate in Any Discipline (but preferably Computer Science)
  • Communication/Interpersonal skills
  • Strong grammar and reading skills are essential as well as the ability to liaise with different internal and external parties.
  • Computer Literacy is a must (Office, Internet, and Email).
  • Work in a team environment and in critical situations.
