Job Description:


  • Must be able to set up accounting software to make use of automation where possible,

  • Must be able to advise in the proper establishment of an accounting department,

  • Must be able to maintain company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, Tax and VAT management etc,

  • Maintain and prepare vouchers,

  • Verify and manage accounts payable,
  • Manage accounts receivable,
  • Maintain general ledger,
  • Reconcile bank accounts,
  • Prepare vouchers,
  • Post vouchers in accounting software,
  • Prepare reconciliation statements,
  • Assist external auditor in conducting annual audit of the company.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent written and spoken English a MUST
  • 2 - 3 years experience
  • M.Com in Accounting; CA (CC) preferable
  • Communication/Interpersonal skills
  • Work in a team environment and in critical situations.
  • MUST be good at Microsoft Excel
  • Want to work hard and grow your career!
