Reza currently holds the role of Manager, Human Resources. He brings with him over 10 years of experience in IT, HR, Administration and Customer Relationship Management.

Reza worked for Dobski & Associates in Kansas City where he gained valuable experience in managing employees and leading teams to perform complex daily operations. Developed and monitored strategic plans for business activity across the year. Contributed in the process of company expansion by directly involving in the recruitment and training modules of the organization. In Bangladesh, he worked for the Telecommunications giant Grameen Phone where he was involved with IVR/CTI integration projects and Customer Relations using its state of the art customer handling and reporting software. Trained new employees as per department & company business requirement.

Prior to moving back to Bangladesh, Reza was a resident of Cyprus where he worked for Innovia Technologies. He was involved with Process Development & Project Coordination. He was directly responsible for International Marketing and Client Management.

Reza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering with a minor in International Business and HRM from Cyprus International University in Nicosia. He also has an Associate’s degree from USA. He was born and raised in Qatar where he finished his schooling from the prestigious MES Indian School in Doha under the New Delhi Board of Education (C.B.S.E). He is a fluent speaker of English, Hindi, Urdu, Bangla and has verbal knowledge of Turkish and Arabic.
