I can give a hearty recommendation to the team from bGlobal. I have been using them for the past two years and I am very happy with the results - and the experience.
They have delivered on budget and on time for me over a series of projects. In my projects, I generally provide design in the form of a layered PSD file, a functional spec, a site map, and a content document, and they code, program the Flash, and build the backend.
They use my favorite CMS, ExpressionEngine, and they are very good at using it. We use Basecamp to handle project management, and I communicate daily with my project manager via IM. The system works very well.
I started with a small project to give it a try, and have built from there. As with all developers, the better the spec, the better the result.
