The principals at Lori Bonn approached bGlobal with the assignment of re-designing and re-launching of Lori's site.

Lori Bonn jewelry is a well known brand sold through popular retail channels such as Nordstrom's. bGlobal was responsible for the complete online strategy, e-commerce programming, and information architecture including connectivity to Lori Bonn's back office data bases.

The result: higher sales, happier customers, and a site that matches Lori's remarkable jewelery.

bGlobal Sourcing was founded by two individuals who share a common vision. They want to change the way the world conducts business by bringing knowledgeable and talented people together that are innovative, flexible, and completely client centric.

Samuel Bretzfield and Mishal Karim both come from similar backgrounds; Bretzfield a vast background working in corporate America overseeing outsourcing initiatives for the past 15 years, and Karim who built a very successful entertainment and events management company which utilized an offshore labor approach.

As they discussed their experiences in both of their industries, they discovered that they shared a single bond – innovation and attention to detail was seriously lacking and the overall approach to interactive outsourcing was missing some very key elements; true client focus, value creation, innovation and operational excellence to name a few.

It was through this discovery that they quickly realized that there was major room for improvement in the current back office interactive market place. They realized that they together could change the trend and provide services that are far superior to other vendors within the back office interactive outsourcing community. Combined they bring years of experience, an acute eye for detail, innovation, and quality.
